8/18/25-Its My Blog Again (by Wade)

Its been a tough month or so for me. Especially the last few weeks. The lack of  energy and motivation has really made me take a step back from the blog to really focus on just living one day at a time.  Hopefully things will settle soon, but until then you get a little update from Wade from last week when I was enjoying the hospital food.

Hi everybody! Wade is going to be in charge of the computer today and let you all know what’s going on. I did my normal middle of the night security sweep of the house, ate some kibble, wagged my tail for a bit, barked at the Amazon driver to say hello…
Oh, you wanted to hear about Dad? He’s less interesting but okay I guess. 
He went in the front yard a couple days ago but must’ve gotten lost since he’s still missing. Everybody else keeps going outside and coming back smelling like they saw him, but forgetting to bring him inside with them (lame). 
Mom said he had to go to the hospital because his stomach and back hurt. The doctors took a bunch of his blood to do science-y stuff with it and took some pictures with a big camera. They said he has something called an “ulcer,” but Abby and I disagree. She thinks it’s actually a hamburger deficiency, while I am pretty sure it’s just that he doesn’t have super ab muscles like Wade. 
Whatever it is, they gave him some medicine to make him less wimpy and are going to send him back home for continuing puppy supervision tomorrow. 
Hopefully next time they have a more paw-friendly keyboard, but until then this has been Wade (AKA the goodest boy).
