Another Wade Update

I really should be getting paid for doing all these updates for the “Big Guy.”

Dad is really struggling lately.  He is having a lot of trouble sleeping.  We lay up most nights and watch the clock waiting for everyone to get up in the morning.  While the pain hasn’t been bad , Dad is struggling with temperature control.  He is sweating one minute, than freezing the next.

He is doing a little better over the past few days.  He had 10 pounds of fluid removed from his abdomen and that helped with getting around day to day and relieved some of the pain from pressure on his tummy.

I don’t have access to his appointment schedule but I heard him mention he is back on chemo next week.  Sometimes he comes home feeling ok, but other times he comes home from those days all whiney.  Time will tell.

I’m trying to do  my best to take care of him, but there is only so much a little upper like me can do.  Hopefully my next update will be a better one.  And I’ll get some compensation in the form of treats for all this work I’m doing.
